The deck of a sailboat is the perfect place to challenge your team. The duties and challenges of sailing serve as a medium through which your team can develop the synergy you need back home in the workplace. Let our experienced outdoor educators guide your team through a week of experiential education at sea. Your team will immerse themselves in our team-building program designed by Captain Jim Baker. Our custom team building charters were designed by our company president while at Vanderbilt's Peabody School of Education where he developed the program concurrently with the curriculum as a study in Human Resource Development.





Our program is carefully designed and run by our facilitators to not only push your group through the stages of group development, but also to make sure that you enjoy both sailing and your surroundings. After all, we're in the Caribbean. Before long your group will be too busy having  fun to realize you're here for team building.
